Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch your order (in-stock items) within three (3) business days.

For urgent orders, please email us at info@toriaandtine.com and we will try our best to assist.

Australian Shipping

Free shipping on all Australian orders over AUD$120.

​

Standard shipping rate of $10 applies to all orders within Australia under $120.

​

International Shipping

International Shipping rates will be calculated at Checkout.

​

We currently ship to the following Regions:

  • New Zealand 

  • Asia 

  • UK 

  • Canada 

  • North America

We currently ship to parts of the following Regions:

  • South America

  • Europe 

  • Pacific Islands​

If you are based in any of the Regions above, and shipping is not enabled at Checkout, please email us at info@toriaandtine.com and we can confirm if we can ship to you.

Note

Shipping Address

Please enter your shipping address correctly as you will be charged the standard shipping rate to re-send your order to the correct address. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to update with the courier.

Pre-Order Items

If you have purchased a combination of in-stock and pre-ordered items, then your order will be shipped once the pre-ordered items have arrived. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first then please submit two separate orders. Please note that the listed pre-order date is an estimated date of arrival only, there may be delays due to shipping. 

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

Faulty & Incorrect Products

We're sorry you have received a faulty or incorrect product.

 

Please email us at info@toriaandtine.com within five (5) days of receiving the order. We will require proof-of-purchase and photos of the faulty or incorrect product, including any packaging. Shipping fees associated with returning the faulty or incorrect product will be on us.

Faulty products will be assessed once received. If the product is deemed to be faulty, i.e. manufacturer fault, then we will provide you with a replacement product. If the product is deemed not faulty, then the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

​

Incorrect products will be replaced once the original product has been received. 

​

Toria & Tine has the right to reject returns outside of the five-day period, or any damaged products as a result of incorrect use and not due to manufacturer fault.
